An easy recipe for a wonderfully indulgent Chocolate Mousse that's also extremely easy to make
Ingredients:
1 cup [250ml] chocolate chips.
1 cup [250ml] heavy cream.
1 egg.
1 tsp [5ml] vanilla.
To Make the Mousse
Whip the cream.
Heat the cream until bubbles appear on the edge. Do not boil.
Place chocolate, egg and flavouring in blender and chop.
With machine running pour in hot cream.
Blend until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.
Pour into desert dishes and cover with plastic and chill
Serve with dollops of whipped cream.
