Chocolate Buttercream Frosting ( Icing ) 2

Chocolate Buttercream Frosting ( Icing ) 2 Ingredients

1/2 cup cocoa.
1/3 cup of boiling water
3 cups powdered sugar.
2 egg yolks.
1 teaspoons vanilla.
1/2 cup really soft butter.

METHOD

Dissolve the cocoa in the hot water.
Beat the sugar and cocoa mixture.
Add the egg yolks and vanilla and beat until fluffy.
Place the mixture in the bowl of ice and water.
Add the butter in four additions.
Beating each addition till the chocolate frosting is lighter in colour and thick enough to spread.
Frost cake and refrigerate to set.
