Greek Style Pasta Salad
Certainly one of the easiest Pasta Salads
INGREDIENTS
500g (1lb) cooked, drained and cooled pasta
{ bow ties, spiralli, shells or similar}
extra virgin olive oil
freshly ground black pepper
¼ cup finely chopped garlic
1 cup sliced pitted Kalamata black olives
1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup semi-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 cup crumbled Feta cheese
¼ cup chopped fresh oregano leaves
1½ cups balsamic dressing
{1¼ cup extra virgin olive oil + ¼ cup balsamic vinegar}
METHOD
Toss cooked pasta in a little oil.
In a large bowl, combine all the other ingredients.
Fold in pasta, chill and serve.
