Welcome... Many of they recipes on this site are African or South African and many are not! They all have one fact in common and that is they're favorites of mine.
The South African Selection consists of many really traditional South African Recipes The fly out menu to the left will give you one click access to most pages on this site The exceptions being individual blog posts and forum pages. The menu goes down to 2 sub-levels in most cases. When you are on the last sub-level of the item you're on you need to click to get to the required page.
