Banana Orange Smoothie 1

Banana Orange Smoothie Recipes, great in place of toast & marmalade

For added health benefit make this smoothie with Low Fat Cottage Cheese.

Ingredients

1 cup Cottage Cheese
½ cup skim milk
2 bananas
3 Tbsp. Seville orange marmalade
1 cup ice cubes

To Make the Smoothie

Peel the bananas and chop them coarsely,

Place all the ingredients in the jar of a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy

Pour the banana orange smoothie into 3 glasses, serve immediately

Banana Orange Smoothie 2

Ingredients:

2 large ripe bananas
2 cups orange juice
½ cup skim milk
2 tsp clear honey
6 ice cubes [ depending on the size of your cubes ]

Making the Banana Orange Smoothie

Peel and slice the bananas

Crush the ice cubes

Place the bananas, orange juice, milk, honey and ice into blender and blend on high until frothy

Pour into 2 or 3 glasses, serve and enjoy your banana orange smoothie
