Banana Peach Smoothie Recipes, Ideal for an early morning get up and go drink

Banana Peach Smoothie 1

Ingredients

2 bananas
2 large peaches or
[ 3 medium ]
1 cup nonfat milk
½ cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 cup crushed ice

To Make the Smoothie

Peel the bananas and chop them coarsely,

Slice the peaches, removing the pips

Place all the ingredients in the jar of a blender and blend on high until frothy and creamy

Pour the banana peach smoothie into 3 glasses, serve immediately

Banana Peach Smoothie 2

Ingredients:

2 large bananas
14oz can (425g) ice cold peach halves in natural juice
8oz [225g] ice cold plain no fat yogurt
1 tbsp clear honey
1¾ cups ice cold apple juice
1 lime [ optional ]

Making the Banana Peach Smoothie

Peel and coarsely chop the Bananas

Juice the lime, if using

Blend the bananas, peaches & peach juice, yoghurt, honey and apple & lime juice on high until a fine purée

Pour into 4 large glasses and serve.
