![]() Greek Style Pasta SaladThis Greek salad is certainly one of the easiest Pasta Salads It makes a very refreshing and nutritious light meal which is perfectly suited to those wishing to lose weight The combination of the pasta and vegetables together with the light dressing makes for a meal with a low glycemic index INGREDIENTS500g (1lb) cooked, drained and cooled pasta { bow ties, spiralli, shells or similar} extra virgin olive oil freshly ground black pepper ¼ cup finely chopped garlic 1 cup sliced pitted Kalamata black olives 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped 1 cup semi-dried tomatoes, chopped 1 cup crumbled Feta cheese ¼ cup chopped fresh oregano leaves For the balsamic dressing
1¼ cup extra virgin olive oil ¼ cup balsamic vinegar To make the pasta saladToss cooked pasta in a little oil.In a large bowl, combine all the other ingredients. Fold in pasta and chill.
